E-Newsletter

The Stouffville Academy of Music and Dance is committed to both ensuring that our families are well informed about upcoming events and news related to our programs, as well as to the environment. As such, we have eliminated paper newsletters at the school, in order to reduce waste, and in recognition of the fact that paper newsletters often do not make their way into the hands of the intended recipients - the parents.

Unfortunately, at times emails also do not arrive as intended - they end up in Spam folders or are returned as undeliverable. Changes in email addresses are not always received, and parents continue to be left out of the information loop.

In an effort to ensure that all of our families receive the information they need in a timely fashion, we have moved our email delivery to Constant Contact, the leader in email delivery. This system allows parents to select the emails they wish to receive at the addresses they choose to receive them at, without fear of them ending up in the Spam folder.
